Now copy all files from this archive into that Binaries-folder. The folder you ended up in should be something along the lines of C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Pandora\Binaries. Rightclick "Pandora: First Contact" in your steam-library. Since it is unlikely that there will be more official-patches, I think my inofficial-patches should also be considered a mod.
